Shipping and Returns policy



Delivery & Shipping:

Charges. **All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and freight costs relate to total order amount. **
Delivery. Currently we do not ship to addresses outside of New Zealand. For more information about international orders please contact us.
Delivery Time Frame. Your order will be despatched within 5-7 working days.
Note: Phoenix takes no responsibility for lost orders if customers provide incorrect address details.

Cancellations/Refunds/Returns:

Returns and Exchanges Policy 

  1. If you place an order and need to cancel this, you can do so before dispatching the goods out.  You can call us on (09) 475 0025.
  2. Where the products are faulty or damaged due to manufacturing faults we will either: (i) replace, with the same product or with a product of the same purchase value (ii) repair the product. Please call (09) 475 0025 with proof of purchase handy to organise a faulty return.
  3. Phoenix does not offer returns for outlet items unless the product is faulty.
